Sweet Annie Grace

Our sweet Annie Grace passed away today. Never has a little girl been more loved than this one. Our hearts are broken, but hers is no longer. We feel peace in knowing that she is free from the pain and suffering that has always accompanied her in this life and look forward with great anticipation to being with her in the next. We are not able to say thank you enough to all that have carried us through this journey. We could never have endured this impossible burden without the countless angels that have served and blessed our family over the past several months. We love you. Thank you for loving us.

  1. Oh Amy. My heart is just broken for you. I am so sorry for your loss. Annie is so brave and so beautiful. I feel so blessed for the opportunity I had to meet her. Please know that I fasted for you and your family today, and I hope that you will be able to feel the peace of the Comforter. When my husband died, I literally felt arms around me, lifting me up and helping me through the hours and days following his passing. Please let me know if there is anything I can do. I will continue to pray for your family at this time.

  3. I have never posted but have followed little Annies journey. She has and will always be a sweet beautiful angel. Me and my family will pray for comfort and peace at this time and that you will be able to feel the comforting arms of the Savior and his angels at this time. My heart aches that anyone should have to lose a child but I know there is life after this one where you will be together without any of the challenges of this life and you will be able to raise this beautiful daughter. 29. Sabin Family,
Our entire family is deeply touched by your journey with beautiful Annie. We pray for all of you to continue on in faith and hope. The youth in our ward have just returned from their pioneer trek experience in Wyoming. I can't help but feel that each of us, especially the individuals in your family these past months, have traversed a life altering section of our journey to Zion. The Lord is mindful of you. Thank you for sharing so openly your family heartache. Love, Maggie and Larry Cardon

    Come , Come Ye Saints
Come, come ye Saints, no toil or labor fear, but with joy wend your way. Though hard to you this journey may appear, Grace shall be as your day. 'Tis better far for us to strive, our useless cares from us to drive. Do this and joy your hearts will swell, All is well, All is Well!
Why should we mourn or think our lot is hard? 'Tis not so, all is right. Why should we think to earn a great reward if we now shun the fight? Gird up your loins; fresh courage take. Our God will never us forsake; And soon we'll have this tale to tell. All is well! All is well!
And should we die before our journey's though, Happy day! All is well! We then are free from toil and sorrow too; With the just we shall dwell! But if our lives are spared again to see the Saints their rest obtain, Oh, how we'll make this chorus swell. All is well! All is well!

We just recently found out about baby Annie's heart problems. We are so sorry to hear now of her passing, and the exquisitely difficult months you have passed through. Gosh, what can you even say to someone who loses a baby?
May the Holy Ghost attend to each one of you as you grieve in your own way, on your own timetable. This experience will truly seal you closer to the Savior, His Gospel plan and to each other as you walk valiantly through this mortal life to re join your daughter and sister. You're an inspiration to the rest of us of how to handle hard things with grace and humility.
Our prayers are with you during this tender time in your lives. We love you guys!!!

  72. I feel like all I can say is what I already sang to you.

    'Dear Annie'
Dedicated to Dear, Sweet Annie Grace Sabin

    I felt your heartbeat
    Finally you I did meet
The girl that showed me the way
The girl for whom I did pray
The girl that took my breath away

    I touched your head
As you laid sickly in bed
    I heard your silent cries
    Beneath your small closed eyes
As I watched your heart quickly rise
    Watching you through tearful eyes

    Dear Annie
You're the answer to my dreams
    And I pray for you
I watch what you go through
    And my heart breaks
    And my soul aches
    For you

And I watch as you struggle
Through all your trials and trouble
    Those times of great despair
    With your loving parent's care
And I watch your long, hard fight
    Wondering if you'll be alright

    Every day there's something new
    For you to go through
Something new the doctor's need to do
To try to help fix you

    Dear Annie
You're the answer to my dreams
    and I pray for you
I watch what you go through
    And my heart breaks
    And my soul aches
    For you

    I can't imagine the pain
That God sent you for my gain
    Because Dear Annie
You'll never know how much you've strengthened me
And I know I'm not alone
    Because

    Dear Annie
You're the answer to our dreams
    And we pray for you
We watch what you go through
    And our hearts break
    And our souls ache
    For you

I hope you're still making that 'Dear Annie' book. Because I'm sure that now when you're wanting to hold Annie in your arms you can read through that book, and feel Annie holding you.

    Cara
